Characters Post

So I have started reading my book and I found out that there is two stories told by 2 different people who are both the main characters. One of which is June whom is trying to catch a thief named Day who killed her brother named Metias but he doesn't know who she is yet.
Day has abandoned his family because he is a criminal and his family thinks he is dead, but his brother knows he isn't and Day still gives them gifts through his brother to help them live. Day finds out that someone in his family is infected with the plague and tries to break into a hospital to get the medicine needed to help his family. But in his efforts he barely escapes, falling from the second floor of the building and crushing some bones but he is folllowed by Metias, and Day throws a knife at him and kills him and then escaped in the sewers. He lives always on the move with a girl he found named Tess who he found on the streets with no family or anything.
June is the other character telling her part of the stroy and she starts off in college at only 15 and is training to one day to be in the army just like her older brother Metias. She gets called up outof college early and her first mission was to track Day and she finds out his family is infected with the plague so he will probably be going to the hospital for the medicine. They have no idea what Day looks like which is why he's never been caught before and so he makes it to the second floor before he is found out and jumps out of the window and is pusued by Metias. Day had no where to go, so he took out his knife and threw at Metias and killed him. When June found out Metias was dead she burst into tears as it was her last family member because her parents died at a young age. This makes her determined to find an kill Day.
